I love, love, LOVE this dress! Elizabeth Hurley looks amazing at the opening of the Chopard flagship store.
The only negative I have to say, is that the look is a bit Summery for the red carpet in November, but whatever, I still love it.

The only negative I have to say, is that the look is a bit Summery for the red carpet in November, but whatever, I still love it.
Celebrity Jail News!
Today should be listed as the day all the celebrities went to jail, or at least got warrants issued for their arrest.
To start our little pity party off, we have Brit actor Hugh Grant who was arrested on assault charges after he pelted a photographer with a container of baked beans. No really. Baked beans. Grant also allegedly kicked the guy 3 times after coating him in the sticky mess. To add insult to bean induced injury, Grant then allegedly asked the pap if he had kids. When he said that indeed he did, good old Hugh responded with, "I hope they die of f**king cancer."
Next on our newly infamous list is Richard Gere, who offended the entire country of India by planting a kiss on Bollywood beauty Shilpa Shetty's cheek. An arrest warrant has been issued by Indian courts, and ultimately it could mean three months in jail for Gere.
This follows the recent debacle of Elizabeth Hurley's and Arun Nayar's wedding in India, where arrest warrants were issued for Hurley as well for breaching Hindu custom. As a matter of fact, the wedding photos which Hurley sold to Hello! magazine may ultimately be used as evidence against her in an Indian court of law.
If found guilty of a "deliberate and malicious act" against the religion, both Hurley and her husband Arun face a three-year jail sentence.
Moving right along, next on the detainee list is rapper/actress, Eve. It seems Eve crashed her gold Maserati into a center divider on Hollywood Boulevard, and cops took her in on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol. She was released this morning on $30,000 bail.
And of course there is our perennial jailbird Joe Francis, who is probably regretting bending over for a bar of soap this morning. His cell mate is awaiting a sentence of death for killing a police officer, and he probably feels he doesn't have much to lose at this point in his life. What's a little lovin' between friends, right? Okay, I conjecture about the bending over for the soap part. Anywhoo, Francis is still in jail, and more legal woes just keep coming his way. This time he's been charged with one count of misdemeanor sexual battery against an 18 year old girl. If convicted of these new charges, he could face an additional 6 months in jail, on top of whatever he gets for the federal time for tax evasion, et al.

Judge Dinesh Gupta issued the warrants in Jaipur, according to the Press Trust of India, saying that Gere and actress Shilpa Shetty "transgressed all limits of vulgarity" during their appearance at an HIV/AIDS event, captured on tape. Judge Gupta also called the TV footage "highly sexually erotic," and slammed Shetty for not resisting Gere's "advances."

Elizabeth Hurley Sued for Getting Married
Elizabeth Hurley has a legal action being brought against her by a pissed off Indian guy for desecrating the Hindu marriage sacrament. Basically this guy is suing her because she married Arun Nayar in a traditional Hindu ceremony and she isn't Hindu.
[Vishnu] Khandewal, has filed his lawsuit at a Jodhpur court, has cited a section of the Indian Penal Code, which addresses the "deliberate and malicious acts intended to outrage religious feelings". He says, "She has hurt the religious sentiments of the community by marrying in Hindu style, which is a criminal offense."
The case will be heard in Jodhpur court on March 21st.

Fighting Between Hurley's Security and Paps
Elizabeth Hurley got married, and is having a gazillion parties all over the globe to celebrate. As the happy couple arrived at yet another shindig in India, security began attacking the assembled photographers with their batons, and a brawl erupted. Screaming matches, and punches being thrown. Yep. Sounds like a wedding.
I can't imagine that Elizabeth Hurley and her rich new husband are really worth all that trouble, but oh well. To each his own. TMZ has video of the scuffle.

UK's Hello magazine has the first pictures of Elizabeth Hurley's wedding extravaganza to some dude, which includes several ceremonies in Great Britain and in India. I do know that the dude has lots of money, so he can afford her for now. I do love her dress!
Thai Actress Reprimanded for Wearing Revealing Dress
A Thai actress has lost her career, had to publicly apologize, and has to carry out community service. What did Chotiros Suriyawong do, you ask? Did she slap a public official? Was she a drug mule? Did she drive drunk?
None of the above. The pretty actress wore a much too revealing dress to her movie premiere. She says, "If I had known it would have been controversial, I wouldn't have done it."
The dress is said to have been inspired by Elizabeth Hurley's safety pinned Versace, and that dress catapulted Hurley to fame. Chotiros' dress has certainly done that, being the subject of innumerable chat rooms and newspapers worldwide.
The backlash for wearing the dress has gone beyond an apology and public service. Her production company has gone so far as to edit her role out of one of its upcoming film releases. “I don’t want my actresses to dress that way,” Somsak Techaratanaprasert, president of the Sahamongkol film production house, was quoted as saying by the Thai-language Khao Sod newspaper. “We are not a porn production house, and it goes against Thai culture.”
“I feel very guilty about what happened. I want to apologize,” said Chotiros, in a white button-down shirt and cardigan, her hair pulled back demurely into a loose bun. “I didn’t know it was going to be such a big deal.”
