Another 'Nip/Tuck' for Mario Lopez

Attention 'Nip/Tuck' and Mario Lopez fans: You may be getting a second chance to glimpse the naked behind of Lopez once again!

Planet Gossip reports that Mario may be making another cameo appearance on the plastic surgery drama, where the last time he appeared fully nude (except for the frank and beans parts) in a communal shower scene. He is ripped!!

Lopez says he would very much like to make another appearance, and that he had a great time filming the first one.

"There have been talks," Lopez said about a Nip/Tuck return. "I'd love to do it again. The guys there are great."

For now, Lopez is concentrating on Smart Spot Dance!, a national program sponsored by PepsiCo that promotes the health benefits of dancing. When I caught up with Lopez, he was in New York City launching the program at a local YMCA with Broadway star LaChanze.

"They're specifically targeting the Latino community; obesity is prevalent there," Lopez said. "And I can relate to that with having some chubby family members myself."

Dave Navarro With a New Gal

Janet Charlton's spies saw Dave Navarro lunching with a new girl, Nip/Tuck's Kelly Carlson. Janet described Kelly as a girl-next-door/Doris Day type, but apparently hasn't seen Kelly's work. She's the girl-next-door like Jenna Jameson is. She takes her clothes off at the drop of a hat, and I've seen her boobies on screen almost as much as I've seen my own in the mirror. She's no wallflower.

Kidman and Watts Slated for 'Need'

Best buds from down under, Nicole Kidman and Naomi Watts, are set to reunite on the big screen for a Fall 2007 release. The film is called 'Need', and has 'Nip/Tuck' creator Ryan Murphy at the helm.

In the film, Watts plays a psychiatrist, and Kidman as her unstable patient who steals Watts' husband. No word yet who the husband will be played by.

Nicole and Naomi have been friends for about 20 years, since they appeared in the movie 'Flirting' together. Kidman has always encouraged her friend to never give up in the film biz, and Watts' big break came in 2001, in 'Mulholland Drive'.
