Worst Dressed Celeb of the Day: Kate Bosworth

Okay, I know I already posted that the Worst Dressed Celeb of the Day was Raven-Symone, but then I saw this mess. Kate Bosworth handily dons an extra-large, futuristic silver scrubby sponge, and swipes the Worst Dressed title right away from Raven-Symone.

I've been contemplating having a contest for Worst Dressed Celeb of the Month, picked from the entire month's winners, that you readers could vote on. I have no idea what the celeb winner would get, except the recognition that they really can't dress themselves for s**t. But they don't need a prize anyway. They make too much money for being pretty.

And Now, a Few Words From Orlando Bloom...

Orlando Bloom wants to fall in love and settle down...any takers?

The 30-year-old Pirates of the Carribean: At World's End star told the Mirror that despite the fact that he’s a romantic who really, really wants a girlfriend, he "find[s] the whole dating thing very hard, actually." You know, cause it’s so hard finding a partner to settle down with when you’re drop-dead gorgeous, wealthy, and famous. We so feel your pain, Orlando.

On his ex, Kate Bosworth:
"Kate was on one side of the world, in Australia shooting Superman, and I was on the other, in the Bahamas for Pirates. So we tried giving each other a bit of time out. And, well, there were difficulties. There are in any relationship...In our case, it was extremely unfortunate that everything was on public display. I have always tried to keep my cards close to my chest - while wearing my heart on my sleeve - but it is a really hard thing to do...We're still very good friends, but there's no denying that it had been a difficult year for us both."

On his new love, dog Sidi:
"I cleaned him up, intending to find a home for him. But, after a few days, I just couldn't let him go. Now he travels pretty much everywhere with me."

On turning 30, and the future:
"It felt good to have got to 30. I never thought I'd make it. It feels different. It's time for reflection and finding out how much living I want to do...I'd like to start a family one day and live more of a real existence, instead of being all over the place."

On playing his Pirates character, Will, for the last time:
"We had re-shoots over and over again, so every time I thought that was it, I'd get a call asking for one more shot. I can't actually remember my last day of filming because it seems I had it so many times. So the pain of leaving was taken from me by the way it ended up."

Kate Bosworth Not So Scary Skinny Anymore

Kate Bosworth dons a bikini in Hawaii this week, showing off her healthier frame. Bosworth lost a dramatic amount of weight while dating Orlando Bloom, and was so skinny that photogs chased her everywhere, probably thinking she was going to drop dead at any moment.

Congrats on putting on a few pounds, Kate! Just a few more to go!

In her first public appearance since putting on a little weight, Kate Bosworth is looking much healthier while out with model boyfriend James Rousseau on Saturday night. Congrats to Kate for taking her health a bit more seriously, thanks to her mom.

Actress Kate Bosworth has been targeted in many tabloids this year because of her stick-thin appearance (as shown in the above photo), since she lost weight after breaking up with Orlando Bloom last May.

Well no more! Bosworth's worried mother stepped in, and since moving in with her, Kate has a curvier and more healthful figure to show for it.

According to a friend of Kate's, Patricia made Kate promise to put on 10 pounds in the next six months, and has been helping to plump her up by feeding her plenty of home-cooked meals. The pal told Britain's Look magazine: "She's pulled back from the social circuit and has been spending lots of time with her mum. They hang out and shop and Kate's mum cooks for her.

Hopefully Kate's new figure and healthier lifestyle will stick!
