Jamie Lynn Spears - Liposuction?

According to a magazine, Jamie-Lynn Spears may have undergone liposuction while she was pregnant.

"She didn't know she was pregnant when she filled out the health questionnaire prior to the procedure," a second source reveals. "Her mom approved the injections and went through tons of red tape to get the clinic to administer them to an underage patient."

Every operating center I've ever worked out of administers a pregnancy test to every female prior to plastic surgery. If the test comes back positive, nearly all of the patients will claim that it is "impossible" that they are pregnant. We then repeat the test, which always comes back positive again, and finally cancel the surgery.

Having to cancel the surgery is a bummer for me, but at least I get to go out for a long breakfast and read the paper.

Her fiance is...you guessed right, 18-year-old Casey Aldridge. The two are expecting a baby sometime this summer.

She's just 16, but Jamie Lynn Spears already has a reputation for hard drinking in her hometown, Star reveals in its new issue.

And the pregnant teen has accepted she may never return to her glam life in Hollywood. Instead she and boyfriend Casey Aldridge have decided to keep the baby -- and even buy a double-wide trailer to start their lives together.

Star has also learned the Zoey 101 star has often cheated on Casey, the 18-year-old she has identified as the father of her child. "I know for a fact that Casey was not the first guy she slept with -- or the last," says one fellow teen in Kentwood, La. "There were at least two others. I know that 110 percent."

Another friend says that before her pregnancy Jamie Lynn partied hard but always in private. "Some people drink to have a good time. But she drank to get wrecked. She drank to get messed up and forget about her mother, her sister and all of that."

Just days before announcing her pregnancy in December, Jamie Lynn shocked a boy at a party by asking him for sex. "It's cool, I'm pregnant," she said. "I can't get pregnant again!"

Teenage Spears to Give Up Baby?

Star Magazine is reporting that 16 year old Jamielynn Spears has decided to giver her baby to her mom, Lynne Spears, to raise in Kentwood, Louisiana, so she can return to work and concentrate on her career.

A source told America's Star magazine: "After several weeks of personal soul searching and talks and discussions with her mom, Jamie Lynn reluctantly agreed that giving up the baby is the right thing to do.

"Lynne says Jamie doesn't understand the lifelong consequences of having a baby. She wants Jamie Lynn to continue her show business career after the baby is born and Jamie Lynn also realises she wants to enjoy her teenage years without the responsibilities of caring for a baby.

"Jamie Lynn will be back at work and trying to remind people of her talent and not that she is an unwed teenage mother."

Jamie Lynn's Secret Baby Daddy?

Rumors are surfacing that Casey Aldridge may not be the real father of Jamie Lynn Spears baby-to-be, and that Aldridge is being paid off to accept responsibility for the "boo-boo".

It has been alleged the 16-year-old actress - who announced she is expecting her first child with long-term boyfriend Casey earlier this month - was having an affair with an older man on the set of her Nickelodeon TV show "Zoey 101".

The Spears family are allegedly desperate to keep the man's identity a secret, and have paid Casey to pretend to be the father instead.

A source told America's Star magazine, "Casey is being paid off to be the family's fall guy while the real father remains unidentified. The man many suspect is the father, however, would face rape charges and probably prison time if he were to come forward and admit he had sex with Jamie Lynn."

A family insider added, "Some of us have doubts as to the legitimacy of the claim that Casey is the father. Before the news of the pregnancy, how often did you see them together? Jamie Lynn has dated Casey on-and-off over the past two years. But it was not steady. Jamie Lynn went through a time of partying, and Casey was just a part of that."

EL, of crazydaysandnights.net, surmises that the real father is someone who is old enough to be Spears' GRANDfather, and is an exec at Nickelodeon.
