The saga of Paris Hilton continues... Late this afternoon, L.A. city attorney Rocky Degadillo filed a petition questioning the sheriff's department's decision to release Hilton into house arrest, and demanding the socialite be taken back into custody. As a result, a Superior Court judged has ordered Hilton back into court on Friday morning at 9 a.m."It is the city attorney's position that the decision on whether or not Ms. Hilton should be released early and placed on electronic monitoring should be made by Judge Sauer and not the Sheriff's Department," said a rep for the city attorney's office. At Hilton's original sentencing last month, Sauer ruled specifically that the heiress could not serve her sentence at home under electronic monitoring.
