OJ Simpson to Stand Trial for Armed Robbery

Murder trial veteran and recently accused armed robber O.J. Simpson is about to go on trial again. Justice of the Peace Joseph Bonaventure made the decision to put O.J back in the hotseat after four hours of deliberation.

Simpson, along with two other co-defendants, will stand trial for twelve counts associated with armed robbery, assault with a deadly weapon, kidnapping, and burglary.

Yikes! Well hopefully this time the idiot jurors will get it right and finally put the bastard where he belongs....in Hell jail.

Following in the footsteps of Prince Asshat, and every other guy with a d***k, OJ Simpson is throwing his hat into the Anna Nicole paternity ring circus, but doesn't really want the news to get out. Too late! TMZ is running with the story, and now the blogs have it.

Simpson told Norm Pardo, a videographer who chronicled Simpson's movements for five years, that he "knew Anna Nicole pretty well," and – prepare for gross-out – that he had "slow-moving sperm," and as a result might be the father. Of course, Pardo told Page Six.

The reason he doesn't want the revelation to get out? "I don't want Fred Goldman trying to seize her money – or the baby herself." Simpson said.

OJ Simpson Barred From Spending Book Advance

An LA judge has banned OJ Simpson, at least for the time being, from spending any of the $1 million advance he received for his book, 'If I Did It'. The book was scrapped by the publisher, and was about the murder of Nicole Brown Simpson and Ron Goldman.

The ruling is brought about by a January restraining order sought by the victim's father, Fred Goldman. Goldman and his family won a $33.5 million judgement against Simpson in a civil suit back in 1997, and have yet to see a dime. Simpson, for his part, has publicly vowed to never voluntarily pay on that judgement.

So far he has been successful in hiding any earnings he has made, and has claimed that he is broke.

Rosenberg's new order stops Simpson from "transferring, conveying, expending, liquidating, encumbering, hiding, concealing or otherwise disposing" of proceeds from book, media or movie deals. He made an exemption for the payment of "ordinary living expenses."

O.J. Throws Bucks at Goldman to Shut Him Up

O.J. Simpson wants to give Fred Goldman, father of Ron Goldman, a cut of his loot. According to the New York Daily News, Simpson is willing to give Goldman "a percentage" of his future earnings for him to just get off his back. "Fred Goldman needs to get rid of the anger and deal with this as a business deal," says Simpson's attorney. To that, Goldman says, "No way in hell I'd enter into a business arrangement that benefits him. He belongs on a gurney with a needle in his arm to end his life."
