As well as collecting them, I've had some fun dusting off my camera and photographing the toys. Photography is something I've dabbled in over the years, but never spent much serious time doing. The toys have given me a good excuse to work on my photography skills, which isn't all that different from my cg skills, you need to work on composition, work on lighting, etc. It has a spontaneity though that's difficult to get sometimes in cg, and I've been having a blast.

When I update the page with new robot photos, I'll add a note to my blog, the same as when I update my art gallery, tools page or education page.
