Jenna Fischer and Hubby Split

Everyone's favorite receptionist, Jenna Fischer, has separated from her husband of six years, James Gunn. The couple announced the separation through notes on their MySpace pages.

A statement to People Magazine reads:

"We have chosen to separate. We are sorry for any pain this causes family and friends," says the statement. "The enthusiasm we have expressed for each other's lives, spirits and careers is real – we have been each other's cheerleader and friend during the past six years and continue to be so now and in the future."

Jenna has had a rough year, with the breakup following a back injury she received after falling down some stairs at a party.

James Gunn is best known as the writer of 2004's 'Dawn of the Dead'.

Jenna Fischer Fractures Her Back in Fall

'The Office's resident receptionist, Jenna Fischer, was at Manhattan bar Buddakan when she slipped on the marble stairs, and ended up fracturing her back in four places. Lucky for her, none of the fractures were near the spine, and her reps say she will recover in time to shoot the fourth season of 'The Office' this Summer.

Fischer and some of her co-stars were at the trendy bar to celebrate the news that the show had been renewed again, when she slipped and fell.

Karen is Out of 'The Office'

Rashida Jones, who pays Karen on 'The Office', has been cast in Fox's new comedy 'The Rules of Starting Over', which means she won't be returning after the season finale in May.

Fans of the Jim/Karen pairing will be sorely dissapointed, but don't bet any money on a Jim/Pam pairing just yet. Do you think it will be that easy?

Roy isn't quite out of the picture, and he could make a play for Pam in the near future. Seems he isn't quite over her.
