Celebutard and ex-con Paris Hilton has had her do-gooder trip to Rwanda postponed, but is instead travelling to Tokyo with her sister Nicky to be a judge in the Miss Universe Japan beauty contest.

Hilton had this to say regarding her Japan trip: "I love Tokyo," Hilton said. "The shopping is great."

Deep.

Personally, I think Paris cancelled her Africa trip after finding out that Rwanda was not actually a hip boutique located outside of Beverly Hills.

Hilton and Blunt Make Out

The honeymoon must be over for Paris Hilton and 'Desperate Housewives' Josh Henderson. Just days after reports of Henderson saying that Ashlee Simpson was his first love and he still has strong feelings for her, Paris reportedly hooked up with singer James Blunt.

The two were seen making out and "all over each other" at Teddy's on Wednesday night, and then retired to Hilton's house with sister, Nicky, and David Katzenberg.

Blunt just recently broke up with model Petra Nemcova. I hope he has stocked up on a good sized supply of Zovirax.

That's gross.

Don't you stay home if you're gonna spend the evening popping pimply things on your face?

They finished the evening by going over to Paris's house, where I'm sure there were enough mirrors in every room for everyone to pop zits all night long.

After shocking video reached the internet of Paris Hilton dancing around drunk, spewing racial and religious epithets, the outcome may have serious repercussions even hitting sister, Nicky Hilton, who was videotaping the outburst.

Florida developer, Robert Falor, is considering scrapping his association with Nicky's hotel project, Nicky-O, in South Beach. The project is already under construction for a 95 room hotel and condo complex.

”I’m very concerned about it. I’m shocked actually that she [Nicky] would participate in something like that,” Mr. Falor said.

Falor went on to say he has not talked to Hilton or her business partners and hasn’t made a decision on the project’s future.

”I’m trying to get all the facts together,” he said. “I’m going to take the weekend.”

No word from Nicky’s reps.

According to a Beverly Hills source, Hilton stopped by a plastic surgeon's office with sis ter Nicky earlier this week, seeking to "fix her drooping left eyelid." Our insider says Paris had hush- hush surgery six years ago to lift her lids. The muscles of her left eye were supposedly damaged as a result, "causing it to droop more than the right" - a look that was once parodied on "South Park." Hilton, who is filming "The Hot tie and the Nottie," has made things worse by wearing blue- tinted contact lenses over her naturally brown irises. "They have been drying out lately," dished the tipster. "She is ignor ing doctors' orders to not wear her tinted contacts." Paris' rep El liot Mintz told Page Six, "To the best of my knowledge, Paris has never had any kind of cosmetic surgery and has not mentioned any medical procedures having to do with her eyes."
