Organizing Stash (pic heavy)

Ive been having alot of trouble keeping my stash organized because I get so many polish that I easily run out of space. A couple of weeks ago I asked how many polishes fit in a helmer because I had out grown my bookshelf. I have between 450-500 polishes and a fellow blogger that has a helmer said that it holds between 500-600 polishes. So I sent my hubby to buy me 2 Ikea Helmers (one for backup). He was such a trooper he took that long ride in the rain to get them for me. He started to build it but he's could not complete it so I took over and finished the Helmer.

Here he is building

It was pretty easy to build got it down in about 30 minutes. I then added some rubber shelf liners to keep the bottles from sliding and started filling it up. I separated the polish by brands.

Zoya, OPI, Nicole by OPI

China Glaze

Sally Hansen, Elf, Wet N Wild, Milani, Revlon

Color Club, Sinful Colors, Orly, Essie

Claire's, Cover Girl, Del Sol, NYC, Mood Struck ect...

So as you see I have plenty of space left and now all my polishes are protect and what my hubby likes the best is that they are hidden.

So after all the re-organizing I had an empty book shelf and racks. I decide to display all my mini nail polishes.
My Minis arent they cute!

Since I was already in a re-organizing mood I wanted to do my nail art drawer over too. I took a trip to target got some little cute bins and drawer oragnizers in the dollar section and her what that looks like.

What do you use to keep your nail supplies organized??

Re-organizing my polishes

In the past month I have acquired quite a few polishes that some of you might think I was crazy for and other share my craziness. I currently use a book shelf to store all my polish because but this past month I was starting to run out of room where a lot of polishes were on the edge of falling. I wanted to make another 3 tier polish rack out of a spice rack like before but I couldn't find one.

Polish Rack I made from a spice rack.

I was running out of idea on how to store them when I ran into a post by Dollface and she was also re-organizing her polish and she shared with us some ideas to store polishes. In her post she had a Cabinet organizer which had 3 tiers just like the spice rack I was looking for after seeing that I ran to Bed, Bath & Beyond to get these cabinet organizers because I couldn't keep leaving my poor polishes in bag on the floor.

Everything was getting closer to edge

Bought 2 different size organizers

Once I run out of room I think I might buy a Helmer but I like to be able to see all my polishes. What do you ladies use to store your polishes? Do you like to display them or to hide them?

My Collection.

So I was getting a little annoyed with they way I was storing my nail polishes. Ive been hauling a lot of polishes so it has gotten harder to keep track of them. So a while ago I showed you my home made nail polish rack and my Train case I of course ran out of room pretty quick. So then I bought a book shelf for my nails polishes and any and everything else but books lol... So I just recently re-arranged my polishes.
Take a look!

How do you store your polishes? So far this is working out OK but I get easily bored with how things look and I'll eventually re-organize it. I would love some ideas for when that happens. The way I have it now it doesn't seem like I have that many polishes which is good and maybe people will stop telling me I have a problem :-)
