Evangeline Lilly Tops Hottest TV Actress Survey

Hopefully 'Lost's Evangeline Lilly is clinking coffee mugs with boyfriend Dominic Monaghan this morning, because she was just voted the hottest actress on US TV. 39 other names were on the list, and Lilly beat out other very hot chicks like Ali Larter, Rebecca Romijn, and Eva Longoria.

I have to say, I agree. She is the cutest thing to grace Primetime in a very long time, and it doesn't hurt to have just about the fittest bod that ever rocked a wife-beater t-shirt either.
Here's a few photos to remind those of you who doubt Evie's new title.

Evangeline Lilly Loses Her Suit Surfing

'Lost' star Evangeline Lilly takes a break from acting to perfect her surfing skills. Unfortunately her bikini bottoms had another idea. I think this is exactly why surfer girls usually suit up in board shorts.

Columbia U. Students Want a Different Speaker

Matthew Fox has been booked to speak at commencement at Columbia University, and the students aren't happy about it. They cite numerous entertainers who are alumni of the school who would have been better suited than forgettable Matthew Fox. The list includes Anna Paquin, Maggie Gyllenhaal, Brian DePalma...even Brian Dennehy would have been a better choice. Just not the guy who was quoted recently as saying "I'm a liar and a cheat and a thief and the ultimate manipulator. ... I tell lies every day, man," the 40-year-old actor says in the February issue of Men's Journal magazine. "And when I say I'm phenomenally manipulative, I am."

He goes on to have a couple other choice quotes that go a little something like this: "I really enjoy social boozing, and what I enjoy about it is when people I know and care about say and do things they normally wouldn't say or do," he tells the magazine. "To make that happen I'll instigate anything."

"As for the skinny-dipping, when I was a kid there wasn't a huge delineation in our family between having clothes on or not having clothes on,"

Is this the guy we want shaping the minds of the kids about to go off in the world and do great things?

'Lost' Stars Earn Big Bucks for Doing Nothing

Some of the stars of 'Lost' aren't exactly happy with getting paid $78,000 aweek to do nothing. Naveen Andrews and Dominic Monaghan, who play Sayid and Charlie, have less screen time this season, and don't have as much to do as other key players.

Andrews says, "Even though I like getting paid for doing nothing, it is nice occasionally to work."

Monaghan adds, "As one person works more, work is being taken away from another. You have to make your peace with that."

There have been rumors floating around that Monaghan may be written out of the show, and is currently in the midst of a storyline where another character has foreseen Charlie's death and has worked to save him numerous times.

Nothing like having a guillotine floating over your head and not knowing if and when it's going to fall.

No rumors yet on Naveen Andrews time on the island being cut short.

According to a source, the plan is to tie the knot in a low-key ceremony around July when the series takes a break from filming for the Summer.

Evangeline Lilly is Thankful For Losing Her Possessions?!

From Into Gossip

Following the well documented accounts of fairly new star Evangeline Lilly copiously complaining about the trials and tribulations of fame and stardom, she has this to say about her house burning down recently:

Lost star Evangeline Lilly is philosophical about losing her possessions in a December blaze at her home in Hawaii, because the tragedy was a blessing in disguise.

The actress, who plays castaway Kate in the hit desert island drama, was renting a home in Kailua, Hawaii which was destroyed by fire last month.

The star lost everything she owned in the blaze, but insists it wasn't all bad.

She says, "Fire is the greatest purifier and it feels really good. It feels really pure to have no possessions. It's kind of a fun place to be at."

Girl, move the f*%k over, and give me your money, looks and contracts if you don't want 'em. Get down on your knobby knees and thank the Lord above instead of whining and bitching to whomever will listen about the paparazzi and fans. Get a grip!
