'The Hills' Are Alive, With the Sound of Wedding Bells?

Adding yet another engaged couple to the show, badboy Jason Wahler dropped a big, and very unwelcome, bombshell on ex Lauren last night.....he's engaged! The new fiancee is Katja Something-or-another, a blonde who had nothing but ire for our little LC.

Katja's eyes shot daggers at Lauren every time she looked in her direction, and it didn't help that Jason was dropping his fiancee at every turn to cater to LC's every whim, and ultimately dissappeared outside with her to talk. When Katja appeared on the scene, she again made sure Lauren knew she wasn't well received, and then situated herself between the two with her back to her. Poor Lauren!

On the work front, Whitney messed up in a big way. She was in charge of a magazine photo shoot with the band Red Jumpsuit Apparatus, and she and Lauren took the band out drinking the night before. Everyone was hung over the next morning, and the band showed up about two hours late for the shoot, whereupon one of the guys decided he hated the wardrobe and insisted on wearing his own jeans for the shoot. They happened to be girl's jeans, size 8. Anywhoo, Whitney was soundly beaten verbally by the boss later.

And finally we check in with Heidi and her idiot fiance, Spencer, who is making a mess of the wedding preparations by simply being a typical guy. We find out that Spencer hates the idea of registering for gifts, because why do we want to make our friends buy us a bunch of stuff we don't need, after all? Second, he wants to elope to Tibet or somewhere, effectively ruining Heidi's aspirations of having a fairytale wedding. And last, but definitely not least, we are clued in to the fact that good old Spence hasn't told his parents he's getting married, and when asked by Heidi, he has no explanation for it.

The drama just keeps on coming....

'Laguna' Underage Drinker Wahler Gets Rehabbed

'Laguna Beach' ex-castmember Jason Wahler is trying to get help for his myriad problems with drinking and breaking the law, by checking into rehab. He follows in the footsteps of every other celebrity gone slightly wrong of late, including Britney Spears, Isaiah Washington, Howie Day, Lindsay Lohan, and Selma Blair, just to name a few.

Laguna Beach bad boy Jason Wahler has moved out of the ritzy beachside community made famous on his MTV series and checked into drug rehab. The Enquirer has learned exclusively that Wahler- who shot to fame as one of the spoiled rich kids on the hit reality show- is battling addictions to alcohol and drugs at the Chapman House treatment center in California's Orange County.

"Thank god he's getting help, because his hard partying has definitely taken a toll," a pal of the troubled 20-year old tells The Enquirer. "He needed to hit rock bottom-and judging by the look of him, he definitely has." His mother, Denese Wahler
confirmed that Jason is in rehab and admitted that "small traces of
drugs" were found in his system. But she said alcohol is his primary
problem.

LC's Sex Tape is Real.....Real Boring!

So, TMZ reports that there actually is a Lauren Conrad/Jason Wahler sex tape. The bad news is that it's so boring, no one wants to buy it. Oh yeah, also because no one wants to finance bad boy Wahler's legal troubles.

A TMZ source said the alleged tape, news of which first broke on Perez Hilton, is "very vanilla" with "no hard core sex." The source adds that LC and Jason are basically "messing around." But SugarDVD tells TMZ they are retracting their previous offer of $500,000 for the tape, because of Wahler's recent arrest in Seattle. "We refuse to support any person who feels that it is in any way acceptable to rattle off racial slurs and slanderous language about African-American people, homosexual people and the police department." Porn with integrity, people!

Not only is Sugar pulling the offer, but they are reaching out to their network to discourage anyone from participating in a deal for this alleged tape.

'Laguna Beach' Wahler Arrested Yet Again

20 year old Jason Wahler, formerly of MTV's 'The Hills' and 'Laguna Beach' fame, is now just known as "the guy who keeps getting arrested for being drunk".

This time Wahler was in Seattle at the Waterfront Marriott when police were called in response to a fight between Wahler and an unidentified man.

Hotel security found Wahler wrestling on the lobby floor with an unidentified man. The police report says Wahler used his right fist to punch the unidentified man in the mouth. According to the document, Whaler then ran from the hotel, only to return a short time later.

Officer DePina, who wrote the report, says when Seattle PD arrived they found a "very intoxicated" Wahler passed out on the floor in a hallway on the third floor. When DePina tried to take Wahler into custody, the former reality star allegedly lashed out, calling the arresting officer "a nig**r, a fag**t, and a poor f**k." According to DePina, Wahler also stated, "that he was rich and would have my ass." Wahler, who was described as "belligerent and hostile," allegedy threated DePina a second time, saying, "Come down to L.A. county and get your ass kicked!"

Wahler was booked on charges of criminal trespassing and assualt.

It's his fourth arrest in nine months.

Wait, isn't he supposed to be in jail or something already right now??

In a related story, Wahler's ex girlfriend Jessica Smith, was also recently arrested for an alcohol related incident involving an injury car crash.

Lauren Conrad Sex Tape?

There seems to be a lot of talk that there may or may not be a sex tape involving 'The Hills' Lauren Conrad and her ex Jason Wahler.

According to Wahler and gossip queen Perez Hilton there is definitely a tape, and he is trying to sell it before he is due to do time for underage drinking and resisting arrest.

"Jason is trying to sell the video before he goes to jail," a source close to Wahler tells the self proclaimed 'Queen Of All Media.' "LC will lose her mind when she finds out!"

Over at US magazine, they say no way. Lauren made an official statement proclaiming that there is no tape. Unfortunately, LC's reps aren't so sure, and according to Hollyscoop they are getting themselves in a tizzy trying to find out if it actually exists or not.

'Lauren's reps at PR firm Rogers & Cowan are literally in a frenzy trying to get to the bottom of this. Some doubt the existence of the tape, claiming its just a PR move...but I guess we'll have to wait and see.

"Lauren tried to break into Jason's apartment to get the tape," says a mutual friend of the pair. "She was practically stalking him and calling non-stop until he finally agreed to give her the video."

"They edit around the show to make Lauren look like a goodie two shoes on The Hills, but she's hardly a saint," says an insider on the show. "LC is gonna pop more Adderal then she usually does when she finds out that news of the sex tape was made public."'

Laguna Hills Star Arrested (Yes, Another One)

19 year old Jessica Smith, of MTV's 'Laguna Beach', was arrested for suspicion of felony driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs after allegedly causing an injury crash on the Santa Ana Freeway.

Cops say Smith, of Laguna Beach, was driving a Volkswagen Beetle and slammed it into the back of an Acura, causing "great bodily injury" to people in both cars. The CHP report said that her level of intoxication, unsafe speed and wet roadways were conditions that led to the crash. The driver of the Acura, Roy Hernandez of Lake Forest, sustained minor injuries. A passenger in Jessica's car, Lindsay Cooper, 20, suffered minor injuries.

Police sources tell TMZ that Smith is still being held in an Orange County jail. Her bail was set at $100,000. Smith is due in court tomorrow morning.

Jessica Smith is known on 'Laguna Beach' for always picking the wrong guy, and then sticking with him no matter how badly he treats her or how many times he cheats. Specifically Jason Wahler, recently arrested for underage drinking and resisting arrest, was one of those poor choices.

Jason Wahler Will Wear Stripes This Season

'Laguna Beach' and 'The Hills' hottie Jason Wahler, who is best known for tromping on the heart of Lauren Conrad, is off to jail after pleading no contest to one count of battery.

Wahler, 20, and model Kristin DeLuca, 25, were both arrested last September after basically attacking a towtruck driver and a city employee whose vehicles were blocking the road. Wahler punched one of the drivers while DeLuca kicked another and spit on him. The drivers managed to restrain Wahler and the cops were called. Wahler's blood alcohol level registered at .22, three times over the legal limit.

In addition to spending 60 days behind bars for the battery charge, Wahler was ordered to attend 104 AA meetings, 36 hours of anger management classes, and to stay away from all of the victims. DeLuca pleaded no contest to one count of battery and was sentenced to 24 months of probation. She also must serve 15 days working on the road with CalTrans. Both offenders must also participate in a one day Museum of Tolerance program due to the number of racial slurs yelled at the drivers during the rant.

'Hills' Ex Arrested

Jason Wahler, formerly of 'The Hills' and 'Laguna Beach', got his ass arrested in North Carolina during a raid of underage drinkers. Wahler was arrested for resisting an officer. He posted his $1000 bail within a few hours of being put behind bars.

Wahler, 20, is best known for being Lauren "LC" Conrad's boyfriend on the MTV reality series 'The Hills', and is no stranger to being on the wrong side of the law. He has been arrested before for misdemeanor battery, disorderly conduct, among other things.
